Refund policy

All sales are final, due to the nature of our items.  The only exception is if there is a problem with the assembly of the product.  We will replace with a suitable replacement first, and only refund if an exchange is impossible.  We will not refund due to slower than expected mail service and make no guarantees on product arrival dates.
